Tension headache

Treatment of migraine
1) Therapeutic massage: a migraine patient who feels pressure on the neck, through massage relaxes the area, reducing the frequency of migraines and improving sleep. The positive effects of the massage last for the next few days, reducing stress.
2) Physiotherapy: through the techniques of physiotherapy (physical means, exercises and manual therapy), combined with medication, it reduces the frequency and intensity of migraines.
